Is this property in FL?

50% taxes/fees doesn't sound right.

Yes, breakdown, coreect one as given in email received a few mins ago correcting previous one, is like this(give or take some %)
closing            10    $18100
tax retention   15   $27600 for being NON RESIDENT OR CITIZEN, allegedly I will get no less than 50% 2019

Why does an accountant get $6500 for a property sale? That's ludicrous.

beats me . . . but, my uncle's husband,a retired realtor no longer active did tell me some time ago to be prepared to dish out some $$  . . . He no longer lives in the USA since my uncle passed.

I agree those numbers seem high.

I would shop around.
