Don't worry, Stella, we will get some more snow.  Leaves are starting to bud out so they can hold the heavy, wet snow...  so the tree trimmers can bank on broken limbs.

didn't know that to sell a property one had to go to such much paying around . . . adding all percentages, it adds up[this is for my case] 30% !!!!
