I have been at my job for 7 months now. A lot of positive changes have been made. We had a guy smash his hand up pretty bad. L&I, our state version of OSHA, came and did an investigation.
We got ZERO violations, ZERO fines! Just found out today [thumbsup]

Before I got there last October, they had 3 L&I visits in 2018 and paid $230,000 bucks  :o

Then today right after the good news, they give me bad. A worker in our warehouse called in a safety complaint. There will be a couple of violations and a fine. I can only get so much fixed each month. I have  documentation going back to January about the issues at the warehouse. Oh well, I guess it will get fixed now.

I am taking it personally. My plan is to curl up on my couch and cry. And have a beer. Or 3.
