First time since 2015 that L&I, out state OSHA, has come to visit and not cited or fined us. Got an inspection report from a visit after a worker crushed his hand. 0 citations 0 penalty!

...the bonus should be at least half what the fine/penalty amount would be. :)

Thanks! The god feeling will be short lived. One of the warehouse workers called L&I to report an unsafe work condition. We get one citation. Waiting on the paperwork to. Se the fine. Getting only 1 citation is a miracle. He could have written us up for more. They know I'm trying and we have made changes. At work now trying to figure out our burn off oven.
