It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean you're looking at the guy that believed all the commercials. You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.

Morning. Huge storm yesterday-thunder like that one time at dimby.

Knocked over my beans and corn.
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

60 and cloudy here. Got home yesterday from a quick trip to Quincy WA. Pool, fields for the dog to run in, good friends and lots of sunshine.

'ning.

Coffee drank, bags packed for a few days of work on west side of the state early this week.
Will head out this afternoon with a stop or two for a hike in the mountains.

And congrats to the women's soccer team!    [clap]

Enjoy what's left of the weekend everyone.   [beer]

From WA state OSHA today to my boss:
Hi Dave,

I wanted to note to you what a pleasure it is to go into your facilities today! As I'm sure you've heard by now, myself and Adrienne, a new trainee, were on site again this morning, doing our required response to a recent referral.

Due to Mary's exhaustive work and the support she is getting from the management level, National Products has made huge gains â€" and it shows! I have talked with employees in the last three inspections, all occurring this year, just since May. Each employee expresses distinct gratitude for Mary's work ethic, her guidance and communication style, and the impact she and her work ethic are having on them personally and the culture. My hope is , of course, that this is being recognized by management. While an email like this is rare, I felt your progress important enough to pass along directly.

“Workplace safety is journey, not a destination.”

THANK YOU to National Product and Mary Czaja â€" on behalf of the safety of all your employees!!!

Respectfully,

Awesome Mary!

I hope they cut you a big fat cheque!

I'm not dead, just swamped with kiddos.

That's a nice letter to get, and hopefully management does indeed get that rather pointed hint!  [beer]
