LMT, I get those nasty calf cramps from time to time and they are so bad that it is like my leg is trying to twist my foot off backwards.

Usually they show up after a day of hard riding on the dirty bike and then trying to camp in a hammock. Or a hotel bed. I can usually get them to release fairly efficiently but if I don't spend the next several days downing copious amounts of water and potassium (nanners), they keep coming back.

That's what I put in this house. The latches are a bit tricky, but the windows are top notch.

Vinyl windows are always cheaper than fiberglass, and there's a reason.

I just clicked on the best window on the sight.  Our local window people are the sole source in this area for that brand.  I saw a window there that was a composite, totally solid.  Appeared to be better than Anderson.  Better than Pella?  I don't know.  I will stop by the store tomorrow.
