Does your water pressure seem normal?
Sometimes the pressure regulators go haywire and can cause this sort of nonsense.

Usually the toilet valves close slowly enough to not cause hammer.
If you manually slow down the closing by pressing lightly on the float or arm, does that help?

Catching up a bit after a long 5 days in Vegas.   Connected with a few trusted industry colleagues and let them know I was shopping for a new place to work.

Thursday morning is a standing monthly meeting w/the boss.  Will be interesting to see how he and the COO tell me about the commission change and the fact that they made it retroactive a year.  Granted, it's for one thing and it's not a lot of money but that's besides the point.  

Unfortunately, the meeting I set with an employment attorney can't happen until next week.  I could find out that the pay change is legal and if that's the case, I'll live with that.  But the way in which the boss does not communicate is worthy of the coffee in the face trick like Mary's warehouse guy pulled off.  And then some.



I hope the mouth/jaw is feeling better Dave!

I handed my resignation letter to my boss, the CEO. He refused it. Guess I still have a job. 

Now I have some time to find a new one and they know.
