Coffee consumed, bacon, eggs, toasty bagel....

Bits of economic light have flickered this week in the auto industry which is nice to see. 

And one verbal full price offer on the condo but holding off until after the open houses this weekend.  Maybe that's risky but based on the conversation with the potential buyer, I think it's a good gamble.

2 days of actually waking up in the morning has taken it's toll on me.  [laugh]

i'm also really regretting the rage quit a few years ago when I left my tools and good kneepads in the work van.
Although, it is nice to be making that kind of money again, i'm still not a morning person.
Life, alas is very drear. Up with the glass and down with the beer!

Manic weather here again.  :-\

Quiet here a bit, lately.

I'm WFH through June.  No problem with that arrangement, other than it is nice to have actual human interaction every now and again.

Talk of going out of town this weekend to share a rental with a family member.  Considering it a lot as it will be good to get back to visiting with people and the family member has also been taking this situation seriously so she is trusted from that regard...

Inexpensive and available ≠ quality and a contented pup.


Full price verbal offer on the condo (haven't accepted yet), trying (& failing) to get stuff moved out (too big and bulky for one person to move); scrambling to get work done, scrambling to get condo ready for two days of an open house this weekend and I'm nearly certain no one will show.
