Open house so far has been entertaining.  One realtor who saw my signs who popped in so he could find out which agent was illegally having an open house so he could report them (sorry, bud), one older gentleman who asked me out for drinks (ummmm no thanks), one lookie loo who refused to sign my covid-related waiver (at urging of my attorney and other realtors) who told me I was "make the beast with two backsing nuts" and one legit prospect.

3 more hours and all day tomorrow.   Mildly entertained by these people but won't be running out to get my real estate license any time soon.
