I went to bed last night with a glass of wine, dinner, dog and my computer to get some work done.

Still in bed but switched from wine to coffee, the dog and my computer to get some work done.


I don't know if I should over-analyze myself about this or not.

I crushed the work day today, drooled over Seattle Used Bike store's inventory, sent one civilized complaint email to my boss, got some things dealt with for my dad, dog walked, connected online with a long lost mentor,


And now I'm back to the wine glass I had last night (I drank it dry so why bother getting another dirty).

It feels long, yes, but we've only got 26 months left and then it'll be next year.
