Morning.  I actually did things this weekend besides sit in bed with the laptop, paperwork, dog and coffee/wine. 

I think the kids call that "adulting" or something like that.   



Have started the refi process on the condo.  This thing is not budging.  Feedback is that buyers are not shopping 1/1 attached condos with high HOA's. 


Time to refill the coffee mug and get back to my work list.

 8) 8)  It is 93 outside!  Good thing I live in an in-law unit. 70 in the house with no AC. It was 84 in my office when I left work a little after 1600.

84 in an office is about as toasty as standing near a burning shed in NH with a bunch of other hooligans watching a can of hot beans explode.
