I may break open a beverage (for only 2nd time this month) in your honor Stew and in the passing of someone much too young.  Again, I'm so sorry about her passing.  But glad to hear of the job change and hope it's one that makes you happier.

In other news:  In my boredom, I've started knitting old lady grandma blankets recently. Stamp me officially an old spinster.

I've needed to find something to keep me busy (more like craving a creative outlet) that's not work while I live in limbo with the sale of a condo that's not happening nor a move to a place with a garage and trails that are closer.   Was going to put off the refi a little longer but it's time.  Will start moving everything in the storage unit back to this place.  Ugh.   But, channeling my inner Duck-Stew, silver lining will be lower monthly mortgage with a little cash out to pay for a few things.

Cheers, friends.  [beer] [bacon]

Morning Stella et al.  I'll get the details on the new job today.

I mixed types of alcohol last night.  Unwise.  Again.  Gotta slow that train down...

Plates to hard tail the Bobber are being picked up this morning, so that's exciting.

Job offer came in where I needed it to, so I took it.  [thumbsup] [drink]

Side bonus: New employer has no problem if I moonlight part time for my old employer so that's good news.  I've polished the AutoCAD template such that I can be very effective at 10-20 hours a week.

Thanks Howie!

Old employer was bummed but seemed OK with me staying on part time to assist & make extra $.

Morning. Congrats Stu!

This sleeping in on F/S/S makes it really hard to get up at 0415 on Monday.

Duck-Stew cheer squad is in full force.   Yay!   Stew, it sounds like the perfect scenario.    Congrats!

In other news, our board of directors finally killed our early September events (bringing in what should have been a few hundred people â€" mostly from within the state but many from between both coasts) that should have been cancelled a long time ago.    Glad they had the smarts to do this as painful as it is.

Also killed:  My MLS listing.  Will start schlepping the contents of my 10x10 storage unit back home today â€" which was NOT in my master life plan!  lol.  #2020cansuckit

Enjoy the weekend friends.    [thumbsup][coffee] [beer] [bacon]
