Hello . . .

Started the wake up in the middle of the night as if I had slept 8hrs and can't fall back to sleep, 5th day in a row sleeping aprox 3hrs/night

Big and loud boomers started hitting at 3AM.  Still going strong.  Doplar looks like it is sticking around for a while.

Had a long overdue physical re-scheduled for today after the doctor canceled two weeks ago (I have every other Friday off, so it is convenient).  Got an early call again this morning that the doctor was out.  [bang] [bang] [bang]  Wasn't the original doctor I was referred to, so now I'm rescheduled for 3 weeks out.  [roll]

Hope Stella and LMT are having fun!

We sampled beer from local breweries, grilled salmon, listened to good music, and had great conversation!

The dogs even get along ok.ðŸ'ðŸ˜ƒ
