Oh man... I hate reading about the pets that pass.  I'm so sorry Stu and Ro.   No question Scribbles had nothing but the best life with you both.  Two years later, I'm still dealing with the absence of boxer Brian.  Hugs.

ION:  a busy weekend w/the dad that included two trips to urgent care.  Everything settled down now with him and an application in for a challenging but fun job with a well-respected company that I *might* have a good shot at.

Sad news, D-S!  She sounds like a gem, and one well worth missing. With two 18 year old felines under our roof, I know how those day-to-day questions play out.

2x 18yo cats?  Whoa.

Yeah, she was 6.8# in October, 5.3# in December and 4.4# in January...  So, it was time.

So far, both are happy and healthy and only occasionally showing their age. One's on daily thyroid meds that have considerably improved his life. I remind myself to take pleasure in every good day we get with them - and with the other two cats and the dog. It's a bit of a zoo around our place, and that's before you start talking about livestock...

I bet!  Congrats on keeping them alive this long.  Scribble was great up until like 3 months ago...  Then, things started dropping away...

ION: I got a job interview with an outfit in KC, MO looking for full time work in my field and it's fully remote too...
