I also heard that taking anything (Tylenol, ibuprofen) prior to the shot was not advised.   Who knows....


Next Friday is shot #2 of moderna for me.

Had a lot of water since & ibuprofen on occasion too.  Taking naps...  So, far, (28 hours in), feeling better.

I've been alternating Advil & Tylenol after getting my second dose of Moderna yesterday at 9:30AM.

Lots of water and electrolytes.

Shoulder is still a bit sore and I've a touch tired, but feel pretty good now.

I'll have to add Tylenol to the grocery list.  Other stuff I have.  Have also heard potassium in advance ....

Again:  who knows what'll work for each person.

Afternoon.

Had bad chills yesterday afternoon coupled with sweats last night in bed.  The result?  I'm feeling 97% better today.  Shoulder's still tight.

My shoulder is tight too.  A little red around the injection site and warmer than the other arm.
