Hello ...

No ill effects, no soreness ... Dr. I consulted said, exercise before the shot might have help the fluid NOT to stay and circulate faster ...  I did get the shot about an hour after I rode  40kms/25mls of high intensity MAP intervals ...

Evening.

I'm guessing walking to the vaccination site (.75mls/1.2kms) doesn't count as high intensity anything?  ???

Both my contract jobs have opened up the work-to-do fire hoses this week.  I'm so behind.  Taking 5 now….

I think I mentioned approval delays a week or two back.  Still delayed.  [bang] [bang]

I get another email from Japan today with the most inane questions and sales history (keep in mind, these are parts that already exist, yet we need their approval for use on new models - don't ask me why) which I had already provided.

My manager & senior manager were not cc'd, so I sent a note to our coordinator (liaison between us & them, if you will) asking what the purpose of the request was for and copied the aforementioned managers.  Got a milktoast response, so another note back.  Another milktoast response.  Nothing from my managers yet, so I simply replied "Muda" (Japanese for waste and one of the foundations of the famed Toyota Production System in addition to Kaizen is to eliminate muda).  I then got a request from my manager to chat on the phone...  ;D

11 1/2 hours today and I didn't even start the projects which were due Monday.  Yay?  Good problem to have?!?  I dunno…0

Although out of the 7 conference calls I had today and about the 27th since D-day last monday, I was feeling burnout and some frustration so I excused myself from one (wasn't missed) and went for an hour walk w/the pup.  Gotta draw my line in the sand early.
