Good morning.

Apparently, the zoom led to much drinking last night.

But I slept from around 8:30p until 7a, so that wasn't too bad of a thing.

I think in the past week I burned more calories than all winter/spring.   [thumbsup]


This morning, I couldn't find my newer hiking shoes so I grabbed my original hiking boots, circa mid/late 90's.

Took them out for a 7 miler today.  I lost one sole at mile two and took the other off at the 2-1/2 mile point.  Feet held up fine with what cushion/insole was left.  Until I got home, napped and got up.  Ouch.   ;D


And in closing, another reminder this past week to have your life affairs in order and be ready to meet your maker at any point.  The top notch guy I hired to take down my dad's trees this past fall (and has a sister that my sister and I are friends with) had a boom failure while on the job.  Funeral is this week.    :'(
