If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

Summer has hit the Rockies with a few 3 digit temp days this weekend.

And I've decided I will never dog sit for my friends on the second Saturday of June ever again.  Two skunk encounters exactly one year apart - almost to the exact minute.  FFS.   Multiple dog baths and laundry late at night is not what I signed up for. 

Safe safe and healthy and skunk free, all y'all.  ;)

P.S. I like how Penny operates  ;D

Oh yes, Portugal is home.  At least for the next five years.  We'll see after that. 😀

Evening.

Nice squall just blew in to cool the area down from 98 to low 80's


Just back from scouting a local reservoir for evening paddle boarding.  Not sure the pup will appreciate it like I already do but quiet little spot that I need to get on.

Next step is a PFD for the dog.

The kids think I'm a combination heater, maid, and unbreakable toy.

I was lying down once and Penny came and did a victory dance...on my back.  :P
