Y'know the aches and slightly restricted movement... I can deal with that.... but the "is this how my brain is gonna be" feeling.....  man... that was beginning to get me down.

Attended an FC Porto game last night.  First time in a packed stadium since…shit…been a long time.  Felt weird & not too good.  Gotta give it time again.  Covid F'd me up pretty good with regard to crowds.
