Afternoon. Long overdue tree replacement project was supposed to start Wednesday (9 removals and 6 replacements). Contractor marked locations Tuesday. I informed that they were incorrect that day. HOA manager advised contractor would contact me before any work is started to confirm. No call/no show on Weds and Thurs. Day off today, so I slept in (heavy storms in the night, so that was welcomed). Contractors are here today. By the time I got outside, 2 of the first 4 planted are in the wrong locations.  Contractor supervisor calls me, after I talk to the on site team leader. He claims I'm wrong. This will not end well for him. |

The trees are all now in their proper places. More dead ones need to be removed. Apparently, the supervisor missed those over the last two months and "countless hours walking the property" in preparing the quote.  |
