Good afternoon.

On the phone trying to get a refund for an extended warranty on my condo's induction cooktop that failed while still under warranty.  I canceled that original contract over a month ago and have yet to see the refund.  You'd think I was asking them to perform rocket surgery.  [bang] [bang]
