Hello and greetings appropriate for your time of day!  We have hot weather here and I am spending long days at work.

I have offered to take on the role of facilities manager because the current one is not giving enough time to it.

Congrats (?!?) LMT.

A sunny afternoon in Porto.  Don’t feel like working, but I’m stuck at home waiting on a potential appliance delivery.  Portugal is lovely, but sometimes having events on a Portuguese timeline is annoying.  I’m confident the appliance will arrive, but it was due yesterday and the likely hood it will arrive today is low…

So, I wait….

Hello, late morning on east coast ... sort of early-ish in Central and mountain zones ...

Duck-Stew, if delivery is close to 'lunch time', you will have to wait until lunch is done ... For Latins(Spanish, Portuguese, Italians, French, Romanians), time is 'sort or relative' as long is close enough to the first number
