I can say that I've never watched an episode of Sesame Street. I only know the characters because you'd have to live in a cave to not be at least somewhat aware of the show.

that show was epic when i was growing up...

Sunny Day
Sweepin' the clouds away
On my way to where the air is sweet

Can you tell me how to get,
How to get to Sesame Street

Come and play
Everything's A-OK
Friendly neighbors there
That's where we meet

Can you tell me how to get
How to get to Sesame Street

It's a magic carpet ride
Every door will open wide
To Happy people like you--
Happy people like
What a beautiful

Sunny Day
Sweepin' the clouds away
On my way to where the air is sweet

Can you tell me how to get,
How to get to Sesame street...
How to get to Sesame Street
How to get to...

I didn't watch a lot of TV. I'd buy fireworks from the creepy old man at the end of dead end road and set up GI Joe war scenes. I'd also dam up a ditch across the street and build a little town downstream of it. What a terrible catastrophe when the dam broke! Oh, the humanity. TV was comparably dull.

Depending on what ere GI Joe figures, Barbie might have been a giant in comparison. That's not necessarily a bad thing.

Seems like we have conflicting perspectives here

Yes, I had the little ones. The ones that coincided with the cartoon.

sorry to change the subject, but my dad told me something funny this morning...

my brother and his family went to visit him in VA a few weeks ago,
and they went out to lunch at a brewery.

when they were leaving, a bunch of sport bikes were in the parking lot, and the riders were getting ready to go inside.

my 2 yr old nephew's eyes lit up, he pointed to their bikes, and yelled DOOOCATI!!!!!  [laugh] [clap]

i've been working on that with him for months!  [thumbsup]

the riders thought it was funny too.
i wish i was there...

Just remember...

it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks. ;)
Does that mean if I try to tell the chick who cuts my hair I still have all of it, she can charge me more?

Don't you love it when you can be an influence on a young mind.

Anywho, see you all later. I've got to attempt to do things.
