HOA guy finally called after 6 emails starting on 4/12.  Yesterday, I went to the company website and included every email address from "the team".  Apparently, it wasn't a big deal that multiple emails "fell through the cracks" for 10 days.  [bang] [bang]  One of the issues I have is that the payment processing company charges a fee if you want to simply ACH the money to them (hello, isn't it 2024?) so to avoid fees you can either mail a check, or use bill pay.  To use bill pay, I have to send the payment at least an extra week early as they have to physically write and mail a check.  Also have noise issues from the gym on the ground floor and general HOA transparency/communication issues. Ugh!

Morning. The downsides of living on the second floor of a duplex are when the dog wants out at 0330.

I'm attending the yearly local safety conference tomorrow. Hoping to meet some people, make an impression, and get a job interview or two.
