Afternoon.

For my next trick I'll wake up feeling like shit on the morning a big assignment is due.
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

Morning.  I'm on the second floor of a duplex. No more just opening the sliding glass door and letting the dog out first thing. I have to get dressed and go down and then up 18 stairs all before coffee. I'm down 5 pounds!

Evening everyone

Got an 88% on my Portuguese language test today.  One more test before the official certificate for competency.

Good news, Stu!

Was awakened by a series of what I believe were gunshots around 1AM.  Never heard sirens, nothing in the news this morning.  Didn't sleep well after that.

Did I tell you guys my mom was selling the family place and moving "into town"?  I was a bit skeptical about the old place selling, but it's been on the market just over three weeks.  First offer fell apart, but two additional offers this past Saturday.  Her new place will be ready in early June.  I also have a HS reunion around that time, so I'll be able to help her move.

I'll at my HS reunion in late May, I think. It's been an obscene number of years.

We got old...which is better than the alternative, or so i'm told.

I've actually seen about 15 of my classmates (out of 135 or so) in the past year.  Randomly ran into a few while I was back home last summer.

Bom dia

Good morning

Thanks Randy! With the certificate, we'll get to skip the official PT language exam which is very difficult and move right into waiting 1-2 years for them to process our permanent applications.

I haven't been to a HS reunion, likely won't go (why start now?) and only keep loosely in touch with one friend. I've either pissed off the others or we grew apart.

Morning. I have never been to a HS reunion.  I went to 8 schools in 12 years. My Sr year of HS was a new school in a new state. I can't remember a single name of anyone there.

Morning!

I've from a pretty small town.  It's amazing how many are still back/near the area.  But our reunions have been poorly planned and sparsely attended.  Hoping for a better showing this time around.
