Sooo....the string of luck continues.

I mow a guys place every year with my tractor and bush hog. It's a full day's work. I was within 10 minutes of finishing and my mower self destructed. It's repairable, but it really cuts into the profit.

Tryth be told, I really don't know how those things stay together at all. They take a merciless beating.

Now I'm just waiting for #3.

no house projects for me today....  learned a long time ago that when you just aren't paying attention and break things, to just stop.

dropped the espresso portafilter.  luckily not on my foot, but did take a divot out of the polished concrete floor....  make the beast with two backs.

so that's it... day is shot... early

Purged one shelf in a closet late last night - all cycling gear that doesn't fit/outdated/worn. 

Feeling the need to get my poop in a group on this house. As much as I like it, was not my first choice of locations and it's time to correct course on that between work trips to get it on the market possibly next spring.


To the sailors in the group:  thoughts on the Bayesian catastrophe's sinking by water spout?

It gets even better. The trainer found my phone a couple of hours after I left. His email to me went to spam. When I hadn't heard anything I bought a new phone.

IMO, it would be worth trying to return the replacement.

After what I went through to get the new phone activated, and the time it will take to go get the other phone,...

I'll just keep it for when I screw up and wash the new one or something else foolish like that.
