Made it to another day.   

From the "why" files:  why does every sourdough bread recipe that I've come across force you to measure the ingredients in grams?  (Which is why I still have never made a loaf.)


From the dog files:  ruff one for my old guy last night with night frights or delayed sundowners or something that caused him fear most of the night.      Poor guy.


I hope all the projects and other things today go well for everyone.  I need to wrangle the vacuum.

Can't help with the dog files experience.  Other than wish the pooch & his/her/it's human less of the night fears.

But the why? I mean sure. But the bigger why is why would anybody ever set out on the needy (no pun intended) venture that is making make the beast with two backsing sourdough bread?  It's one demanding mother-lover of a process.  And that aint got nothin' to do with perfectly good grams

From the "how to jump start the ticker first thing in the morning" files:  Said geriatric dog (18 lbs) decided to ignore all commands and run across the street to get up in the business of a 125+ lb (what's that in liters?) pit bull.  What the actual efffff....The visions in my head....   After Oliver's WWE introduction then he wanted to play.  He hasn't wanted to play with any dog in years.  And good ole Gary was perfectly fine with that.  Gary's mom said he's a "dog whisperer" of dogs.  Gary is the best good boy.
