Good news.  I was able to get my rim fixed.  Mobile repair and the guy was close to me. 

New art tour in my neighborhood assigned to me goes live next weekend.

Weather has been pretty darn good.  Getting some much needed moisture as well.

Yes! I have to go down and then back up 18 stairs every time I take the dog out.  They are easier every day.  The only real pain is mild tweaks when sleeping if I move my leg at a weird angle.

It can't have been that long Stu.

Got my bathroom mostly rebuilt.

All my garden beds setup.

Now I need a fence due to critters.
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.
