Seems the Spanish grid had some odd isolated heating issue on their 400kV transmission circuits that caused a rare phase to phase issue which overloaded some contacts.  I don't know. Just glad the fear-based rumors weren't true.

I think/hope Portugal may try to isolate their grid a bit more from Spain after this.

Garden is in progress. Fixed up my boat trailer.

Now to find the paperwork for it. And maybe the boat.
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.
