Good morning.

Speaking of F1, there is an F1 Arcade going in about 6 blocks from me. I believe this will be their fourth location in the US (DC, Boston, Philly), and I think they have a location or two in the UK.  They paid $5.25M for the 15,000sf building last year and are spending another $15M on the build-out!  I'm guessing it will be a pricy visit. Hopefully it works out for them.

Wishing all are OK ...

No surprise for many, it's raining and has been for the past 5 days, few hours of no rain in between.

Healthwise, in pain basically 24/7 with left shoulder, but living with it.

Work load subsided a bit. Had yesterday off and likely today as well.  Prior to that, nine days straight. It comes in waves & I'm not complaining. Just nice to put my feet up for a bit.
