This whole buying a house thing.

It's stressful.

you guys made an offer on a place, right?  Just waiting for the acceptance?  Or am I completely wrong?

Bick

It is stressful, Bastid, but if it is the house you are in love with, it will all be worth it.  Hang in there.

What part of town?
It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean you're looking at the guy that believed all the commercials. You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.

Santa Cruz mountains.

Criminy, it's a lotta dough.

My feet-they are cold.
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

Nice.

How many guests can you put up for Laguna Seca?  ;D

Dude, I closed on my first house on 9/10/01.  Guess what happened the next morning?

It is completely worth it in the long run.

Now is the time to buy!!!

It was ok. A bit too much ginger on the 1st piece. scraped it off the others.

From the research. Think it was Minke Whale. Antarctic Minke Whale from the bit of research I've done.

That's what houses do  ;)

As long as you can afford it,
Owning a house is worth the drain.

I can barely keep up with maintaining the gardens,
and there are projects we said we'd do right away
but never did...

The feeling I get when I drive up the driveway make it all worth it :)

just looked at a house today, think it might be the one.  but shit!  i'm nervous!  apprehensive! downright scared! this'll be my first house, straight outta my parents house and into my pwn!  bah...it'll all work out, right?
