Someone called in sick today so I went to work.  I have a midnight tonight too.

Last one for the month 

I have 80 hours of vacation!  It had not been showing up on my pay stub so it was a nice surprise when the numbers showed up.  Where should I go?  Buffalo, but not in the winter!  Need to take care of some family stuff.

I have my review at work on Friday.  Not nervous.  Not at all.  Well just a little.  Maybe I'll take my boos some

Hey Poke.  How was your Thanksgiving?

Today, I'm finishing up a POA&M (Plan of Action & Milestones) that schedules 3 other POA&Ms that were turned in for our Holiday Leave and Upkeep worklist (no longer do we get "stand downs").

Thanksgiving was decent. Pretty quiet. Slept in (1st time I didn't use an alarm is 3 months) until about 0830. Lounged around and watched movies as the weather sucked. Ate around 7pm and then went to sleep. I had duty the next day. So, I slept early and woke up early (to an alarm of course).

It's all worth it to get ready for New Year's... 95 degrees, sunny, Australia... I can't wait.
