Still dark in Seattle.  Bread is in the oven!  Smells great too.

I get to do a lot of CPR today.  We are having a refresher training and have to practice the skills.  Should be fun to watch the out of shape teachers get on the floor and do the skills!

lm is a teacher.... she's not out of shape.... and it's still fun to see  her skills on the floor [evil] ;) [laugh]
Gaspar, Melchior and Balthasar kicked me out of the band..... they said I didnt fit the image they were trying to project. 

So I went solo.  -Me

Just got back from running with the dogs.  There is frost everywhere and ice on the trails.  The good part is that we don't stop nearly as much for them to sniff around when it's this cold.

But my fingers and toes will be in agony during and after my ride up to the city later this morning.
