me and my brother in 2000 at DisneyWorld. I was 14 and my bro was 12.

That hair is not red.

it rained on all this snow

load weights quadrupled and now we have flooding

roof collapses and avalanches

since it is all on that nice layer of freezing rain that happened on storm day 2

we hiked in a mere 1500 feet in this waist deep goo they call snow to deal with a roof collapse and dig out

and now my knee is about twice the size it should be

I need a new knee

and a third lung

Ice for the inflammation of connective tissue.

Elevation to help reduce swelling of associated musculature.

Rest to permit healing.

And because I know you, people in general, and the military type specifically, I expect you to be back at work on Monday or before.
