How did you hurt your back?

MrFryMoto

we've been moving A's stuff to storage/my place for the past week
my back had a dull pain until yesterday morning when i picked up the cat  - after listening to Dr. Internet it looks like i had a muscle spasm and it sent me to the ground. I could barely move for about 15 minutes or so

...it happened again this morning but this time i was out for over a half/hour and after words i was barely able to do anything
luckily i have some 600mg ibuprofen that help out (bring it back to the dull pain).

either way, it sucks!

we are almost done moving though (only a couple more things) so at least this is the last of it.

what's everyone up to tonight?

I is uploading a couple videos to YouTube.

Sorry your back is messed up. My dad has degenerative disk disease and has his neck fused and a titanium plate.

I hope you feel better.  [beer]

Hope you heal up soon Fry, glad the moving is just about done.

It's a quiet evening here at home, guest wiener dog Charlie just went home, and Dave is off on his business trip.  Weird to have the tables turned.

Hope you feel better soon Fry.  I did the same to my back once while moving hay bales.

How long will Dave be gone somegirl?  Any chance that you will get to visit him?

I have been home all day.  Doing laundry, reading, and resting after house guests.

somegirl

Hi Mary, it turns out it is just 2 weeks and then a follow-up week later on.  So no need to bother trying to visit him, will be busy with all the paperwork for the house buying.

I have gotten pretty good with a jig saw this weekend.

Been making some custom elevated dog bowls.

Might have to post in the classified section.

We wanted to buy one for Greta but they were like 100$ and were just steal crap.

So I got out the jig saw, did some drawing and came up with a cool design.

Might have to offer them up for sale, very reasonable priced (probably 50$ including stainless bowls) for a large dog sized set up

We have a doberman that would benefit from raised bowls. Can't wait to see the design  [thumbsup]

Woohoo! Got the first one uploaded. I'm the one in front, then Ian (yuu on the board), then Billy with the camera (also on the board). We were aiming for a very easy pace so no bashing on the fact that we aren't moving quickly please.

Watched the first couple of minutes, looks like a nice ride! [moto]  Why would someone bash you for an easy pace?  Only unsafe riding should be bashed.
