morning.

busy week and weekend.

Gwendy's new company now owns a building (closed and got keys Friday).   After much work my firm will rent from her.   For now we have someone we know moving in and helping do/oversee rennovations.



main road (4 lanes) off to right.   two-car (2 bikes and gym) detached garage off to left.   lots of parking on street, but two cars can be in front of garage and it's got space for a 4-car pad off the alley in back.

I'm going to go heat up some ramen noodles for breakfast.   ;D
It's still buy a flounder a drink month

yeah, it'll make a cute office.


in other news, G and I ran a 5k race yesterday.   First one I've run.   (I run to shed alcohol weight, not for fun).     we each placed 21st in our classes.     Nasty hill on the course...steep enough that the path/road had a switchback on the way up...bastards.

I ran a 26min 42 sec.    It was a run put on buy the state's attorneys office to support their victims' fund so a good cause.   At least I beat all the lawyers from Court (the fast women from my office didn't run...I may have neglected to tell the marathoner about the date  ;D)

Got some gardening to do today.  Transplanted some Ramps yesterday, got some herbs to work on today if the rain stays away.  I'm trying to get me a perennial herb garden going.  Got Oregano, Peppermint, Catnip, Bee Balm, two variations of Sage and something else I can't remember the name of  [laugh]

It's at a friend's shop.

It's basically together. But the heads are set up for external oiling and, to make a long story short, getting the correct lines is proving to be stupid beyond belief.  :o

It's OK though, the rear fender has to be on before the engine goes in anyway.  ;)
