Morning guys.   [coffee] refill?

At work till 10 last night and now back at 0730.

No word on the interview yet.  The second hand to the director of the group just quit.  I think that has slowed things down.

Glad you are OK Nate.  Is it hard to deep clean leathers?

No need to clean.

Just a little pucker. ;)

hey paula!
how far are you commuting these days?
i'm driving an hour and a half each way, 2 days a week...
i can tell it's going to get old fast

It depends on where the customer is that I'm visiting, I don't have a fixed commute.  Typically it's somewhere from 30-60 miles one-way.  30 minutes of twisties (in good conditions) followed by varying amounts of freeway / city streets.

It's one thing to ride the twisties on a nice day for fun when you feel like it.  It's a little bit different when you have to take them every day, no matter what the weather, light or dark, whether you are feeling like it or tired.  Also, the locals tend to haul ass at commute hours cause they know the roads like the back of their hand; that was a bit intimidating at first but I'm starting to learn the roads better myself.

That because the survivors flip them over to steal their sneakers and wallets.

I'm good, at home right now, actually hanging out in bed working on my laptop while I wait for the doggies to wake up, they like to sleep in when they can. :)

That's the good and bad of working from home (when not out visiting customers), the personal and work time all kind of blends together.

True

I run a side business out of my garage. It can sometimes be distracting to be home. But other times it is good.

Yep, I might make up for the early work hours by going for a hooky bike ride later on. ;)
