I had my employee review this afternoon.  My boss says "Her flexibility and her ability to fill multiple roles maker her like the Swiss Army Knife of instruction".

It was a good review.  To bad we are not getting raises.

I just mounted my first tire.  After being creative on breaking the bead, making good use of the "dammit" tool, I watch a video on mounting the new tire and 5 minutes later, I have a Pirelli Angel mounted up, seated & up to proper PSI.
