It was fun...and frikken hot. The guy that runs the corner crew got heat stroke before noon.

I though I was going to pass out a couple of times during the day...even though I was drinking a pint of water/hour.

That sucks for the corner guy.   :P

continue to drink up today, to ward off any lingering dehydration.  

I lose salts really fast when I'm out in the heat.  I just have to remember to drink 1/2 strength gatorade instead of plain water.  It took me a couple misserable hiking trips to figure this out.

I have the same problem.

I get cramps from electrolyte loss.

B and I had some really good organic all pork hot dogs a few weeks back.   [thumbsup]
