Yup, loading everything up in a moving truck, bike in the back of my F150, F150 being towed behind the moving truck, wife and kid driving along in the Passat. All 2600+ miles across the U.S.

man what a weather change you will be in for.  Not as much riding as your use to out there. I use to live in tempe and in phoenix.  Now in texas. be safe!!!

Yeah, that sucks!!    Here in texas we can ride for about 11months out of the year.  Winterize is not in my vocab any more!!

Gonna rent it. The place I'm probably going to get is several hundred dollars less than what I get for housing a month. I can afford to take a gross loss on the house because it will either be a wash or net gain in the end. Plus, the market WILL rebound. At that time, I may sell it, or just keep it indefinitely as investment property...
