My left hand hurts.  Val bit me.  She did not break the skin, but it hurts.  A cold  [drink] bottle would help. 

She had a spaz/barking fit outside and got me.  We found a trainer and have our fist appt. on Monday.

If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.
