i was sicker than sick last night,
almost wanted to go to the ER 

so, i went to sleep early, and now i am up early enjoying life

And you're over it already?  WHat happened, did you eat some bad mouse?

i have no idea really...

i went to the gym, came home, took shower, i was a little sore, i took an advil,
which i usually don't take...
i then got really sick... with really sharp stomach pain, cold sweats....

it wasn't something i ate, i didn't have dinner... for lunch i had a yogurt and a luna bar.

i wonder if i had a reaction to the advil, on an empty stomach...

That really sounds like something you ate, I'd be surprised if an Advil would do that.  Maybe the was a mutant in the yogurt
