Yeah I'd say so. 
Not exactly a pop in your mouth pepper if it's like a habanero, sounds good with recipes though. I'll have to look for it.

I've got two plants FULL of them.  I grabbed one of the fine and popped it in bite after bite (like most do with Cayenne) seeds and all with my Mexican supper.  My mouth is still a bit tingly!

A few years ago we had some jalapeno plants either cross pollinate with the habaneros (if that's possible) or just had a batch of ridiculously hot jalpenos because my wife made some jalapeno poppers that screwed me up for a week

I am very careful where I place peppers.  After having some crazy hot Poblano peppers a few years back from cross pollination keep all my peppers separate.  My Caribbean Red Hot peppers are WAY away from the others.  They look like a Habeñero but are noticeably hotter.
