If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean you're looking at the guy that believed all the commercials. You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.

Just the unemployed blues.  I do have my internship 2 days a week, but I miss having someplace to go every day.  My bank account is getting lower too. My good watch bit the dust.

But I do have 64 pairs of socks! So life is good.

I hear ya sister!  While I'm grateful for a temporary, low paying but challenging project in a sector I enjoy, I very much miss having a place to go. Still applying here and there for something after this project is completed â€" either mid Oct. or Nov.

I second that on the finances too.

Trying to find a decent coffee shop to sit and get what work I do have done so I can at least feel the energy of other people but there's always something:  not enough tables, no outlets, sucky music, pay to park, blah blah, whine, woe is me....     ;)

Hmmm....maybe we can brainstorm a model for truly good coffee shops for the temporary out of workers?!
