Work was, um, interesting today... 

The wedding yesterday was one of the teachers'.

Apparently there were some "antics" between two of the other teachers who indulged a bit...

That does it nice and quick. A buddy had them and they were the nastiest damn things.

we hung it up and pithed it and then bled it out.

Then we scalded it to get the feathers, and dressed it.

I rocked in class today. Nobody else would answer questions.  The instructor even had me present 15 minutes on blood borne pathogen training.  This class is OSHA 6000, or safety for government agencies.  I am the only nongov worker there.  The 2 guys from NOAA are cool, but the rest are lame.

I have managed to retain info from the other classes and am now able to hold my own in a conversation.

[beer] for me!  I'm so happy that I broke down and bought beer!  [drink]
