Apperently there is a new process in stopping at a stop sign.  Rolling up to a stop sign, stopping for second, putting a foot down while you look, and taking off is not enough.

Do you have to come to a complete stop, put the kickstand down, shut off the engine, get off the bike, perform a complete traffic count study, verify with the officer parked behind the bushes across the street that all procedures have been done properly, have him certify that your face shield is bug-free, send out the road guards, get back on the bike, start the engine then proceed?

$40 and 2 points.    And my last ticket had just dropped off, and my insurance dropped $95/mo.
