I had a lot of luck about two years ago just by cutting out breads and starches.  Went about six months with extremely minimal breads (very difficult for me to do), no potatoes and minimal rice.  Worked out quite a bit (that was easy, as I was in Afghanistan) and watched the weight just fall off.  Best thing, still got to eat ice cream and enjoy all the other yummy parts of life.   :D
It's a bit harder without the exercise. ;)

lack of sign ups due to weather.

right now the forecast is for 60 and partly cloudy, but the day is bracketed by rain...and you know how they lie.

the organizers felt safer giving plenty of notice rather than cancelling the Friday before.

Excellent show that Ozzy put up .. 2hours long, music from last album or should I say CD, Scream and some of his old favorites from Black Sabbath and Ozzy ...

Now to the bank to pay teh mortage ... and check to see which other bills are due or late ...
