I suppose it's the human condition.

I never wanted to be anyone else.

It was great meeting "The Dude" at long last.   She brought us some epic beer.

Spent some time on the 999 tonight.

I don't fully like it yet. Still needs some rear set adjustment.  I need more seat time. Hard to judge after only 75 miles

Dramatic departure from the ktm

I've had mine for almost five months and I'm still coming to grips with it!  Luckily, the riding position isn't too far off from how I had my monster set up with the clip-ons, suspension changes, etc...  Slightly higher rear-sets, and the reach across the tank is different.

And if you're not going fast, it tries to get you to use more throttle. Its like the devil on your shoulder and the angel has the day off.

Yeah, the harder you start to push it, the more stable and planted it feels.  At slower speeds in corners I can hear it whispering in my ear. "C'mon, ya creampuff...  ride me like you MEAN IT!"  [laugh]

She doesn't like to be babied, that's for sure!  [evil]

Oh, and hope you feel better AJ...

I only see jesus having a sauna with a teletubbie.

I find it disturbing that you're imagining me in a sauna, never mind the teletubbie aspect of it

Save the Brass...

Thanks!!  As long as I can keep the antibiotics down, I should be ok in a couple of days.

I'd much rather be attempting to ride a 999!
