good evening ...

just came back from a neighbor's twin kids 3rd bday ... i'm stressed from so many kids running around and shouting ... i'm not cut for kids ...

HOAs are a PITA.  My wife was voted in as secretary last fall.  She's been on the phone for the past 90 minutes with a homeowner that lives in Florida.  Seems since she wasn't here to see the snow we had scraped away, twice, we didn't have any snow this winter.  Not to mention, she feels it's the HOA's responsibility to take care of all of the issues like, A/C not working, property line disputes, people she hired to do work not doing what they said they would do etc...

She's nicer than I would be.  I would have told her "I'm sorry, I'm volunteering my time to talk to you about HOA issues.  Property disputes, and hired work disputes do not fall under HOA by-laws.  If you have a problem with the amount of dues, or money spent for road maintenance, please come to the next meeting and voice your opinion.  Thank You, our next meeting is _________"  *click*

Yea!  Rearsets are painted and installed, right side is 100% complete, left side is ready to install, gotta install pegs & shifter ~

and to think that i stripped the 'battleship grey' paint that i had sprayed in order to kill the shine of the polished aluminium ...
