We've got the strangest weather tonight.  Two very close lightening strikes from a lightly clouded sky.  Now, two clouds have taken on this reddish/pink color over an area where there isn't light pollution to cause it...

Hola amigos (and any amigas out there).

All night and day rain.  Happens only a few times a year.  Nice for a change.


Tonight's topic is how to fix Dark Monster's leaks?  I have nothing to contribute - sorry. 
Ok, maybe McGuyver's duct tape, bubble gum and paper clip remedies...?

We put an offer in on a building today.......should hear something back tomorrow.  Everyone cross fingers and toes.

My solution, win the lotto, get a D7 and lay the house flat and do it again to DoS/DOD specs ...

Well, here, rain is a regular ocurrence ... no rain for more than 3 days between April~December ... weird

Not behind.....just keeping it mum till now.

Hopefully it will eventually be a 18 unit apt building built with the highest level of sustainability in mind and a community shop attached.

Now it is just a blank canvas.

Serioously, a service manager gets about the same salary I have ... plus he has to take care of angry customers and has to make monthly $$$ goals --- I basically work unsupervised, I can stay home or go visit any of the company's local customers [2] and hang around their shops, like I'm doing at the auto shop ...

Need to wait till next Monday when big boss, my boss' boss boss, comes back to the office so that he can pull some strings on the financial department and clear the issue ASAP.

According to payroll, they're paying me 'ontime', yes, on time for Brazilian employees, I'm at the time as 'OS' outsourcing or third party; my boss is pushing for me to become a 'local' employee. Local employees get paid between 15~20 of every month, third party, like me, between 1~5 of each month ... This issue should have been solved last month, but, think didn't happen ...

I feel unemployed !!
